Hello Andrew it's right.
SLMU is a joke company. Nothing is real here.

and what about this idea, what you think about?:

SLMU has to give back the Arise assetts to Radiant/Haverstock.
Then Radiant/Haverstock search an real investor for the assets.

Arise went into bankrupt on April 18, because of SLMU.
Arise was aquiered by SLMU in early March.
