As part of the name and symbol change from APII to WAFR, COREwafer Industries has relocated its corporate registration from the state of Florida to the state of Nevada, resulting in long term benefits to the corporation.
That's from the PR dated May 20, 2012.
From the Secretary of State of Florida, filed June 22, 2012 after the SOS rejected the application on June 20th, the same day the merger was filed in NV for Corewafer Industries:

The problem with this is that anyone who bought WAFR shares between the name change and the filing with the SOS in Florida bought shares of a company which, during that time, was emptier than a shell stock.
I repeat, there is NO merger between APII/WAFR and Core Wafer Systems. CWS filing in NV shows no merger; APII NY is still active.
Advise all reread the merger agreement.
