Ahhhh ok. So (IMO) MDCE is going with the "lack of funding" angle as to why the clinic will never open, and why construction will never begin. I've been wonder what excuse it would be.

Makes you wonder where all of the money they have already raised, went. Because it has not gone to rent, construction, equipment or personnel costs. They pay their board in shares, so....where did it all go?
