I am totally behind you Bull, these flippers who post and complain on a daily basis have no understanding of how business works. Having been in business for the last thirty years I understand how the wheels can turn so slow sometimes when you have to answer to a government whether it be local permitting or land use, banks, or inspectors. whatever. People by stocks for the future, but some on this board believe it is a get rich quick scheme. To those, look at what we have accomplished and how we are growing then sit back and enjoy the ride.
