Dear Shareholders,

I just wanted to let you know that I am back in the saddle and moving things forward.

As I mentioned a while back, we are in very earnest negotiations with our creditors and things are going well. I will have an update regarding this over the next week or so. In the meantime, I will prepare the updated Q2 report and post it soon and will have the Q3 posted shortly thereafter.

If all goes well we will be back to OTC Pink Current status before the end of next week.
