I looked up "Free Business Wire" and found a ridiculous advertising-based PR website with no newswire feeds. Only people who read that website site see the PR. It's shocking that a company that is supposedly worth $70MM would have to resort to using a free PR website.

In doing a search of the site for either MediaG3 or HEXA2 at http://freebusinesswire.com/search.php , you get two versions of the PR:

http://freebusinesswire.com/30886/2012/10/16/MediaG3-Delays-HEXA2-Acquisition

It doesn't even seem to use SEO technology so PR's can be picked up on Google or other SE searches.

Search for the following names and you can see that Moradi uses this silly free PR website for most or all of his PRs.

XIVA

This site seems so scammy that I'm going to log off for a few minutes to clean my computer of spyware and other potentially malicious files it might have loaded.
