They are not, until after the fact.

Makes it surprising they would initiate this process now.

Makes me wonder they are planning to start some thing big ......

This process separates Manish and yu and how they plan on taking the company to point B.

Path is different but endpoint same....

I could see people pissed off about this, but nothing has changed for long term investors other than pissing off few flippers-traders....
