I guess that crap is happening a lot right now with these small pharma companies and people are just getting tired of it. I see CYTR just announced the same thing. Might just be time to move into a new sector.

I will see how bad it is bleeding by the opening bell, but I can pretty much assure you that I will be left holding the bag on this for some time, unless they come out with some fantastic news after the offering is completed.
