In fact TECO is now completing their wells and with very good results from what I am hearing and when the news blackout is lifted we will announce before mid-Nov. Yes it has taken long but the wait is well worth the wait. Nice play on words. Why is it taking the other company till mid-Nov? Guess it is not easy to drill even when you have high optimism.
