YES you are right!!, NO More ATM Business and No More real estate Business as of the 3ed quarter.

In the 2nd quarter of 2012 the company sold it's ATM operations. A return of capital was
made to the Preferred Shareholders. In the 3rd quarter of 2012 the mortgage business will
be spun off and the public company will be transitioning into the bottled water business.
