Roy as I see it its liquidity. There will always be stocks that move on their own news and technicals. They all get an assist if the market is moving one direction or the other. Since the banks etc are not using this low interest money to give loans it is being placed. Well don't want my money sitting for .1% so the stock market is pretty much the only game in town. They have to put the money somewhere!!
