If Vringo wins the full judgment (3.5x of whatever the base estimates are, which I think is 47% of 696M) and Google appeals, would the stock still trade at its full "judgment value"? Would the market also trade it at a multiple, thereby potentially moving the stock into the $30 range (given 1.5x multiple and a $20 PPS target that I can see happening on a full judgment)?
Can any court experts weigh in? My assumption is that we would indeed trade at the perceived judgment value, but I want to be sure.
