You make credible points however if you founded a company, were its largest shareholder, had not sold any shares and grew revenue and expanded stores, why would you vacate the CEO post.

These are times to ACCUMUATE positions so that when they file their next report in November the improved results will be reflected.

Then shares can appreciate as expected.
