Some arithmetic from FAIRSHARE.COM: The 5% pay 60% of Federal Income Tax, sure, but Income Tax is only 25% of all taxes collected. Payroll tax, Property Tax, Sales Tax, and Medicare make up the other 75%. The top 5% wind up paying only 35% of all taxes collected every year, but own 65% of all the wealth in this country.
A 15% CAPITAL GAINS TAX is not fair.
