Not exactly. What I am saying is... The MMs control and manipulate the stock price. I believe they will have all their ducks in a row before this stock makes its long-awaited run. That run will likely be led by a combination of factors. First the MMs will have to allow the stock price to rise. Secondly, we will need a lot of buying pressure. A positive PR will likely bring the needed buying pressure. It's a "perfect storm" scenerio but could produce massive gains for those who are willing to stick around through the bad times.
