In JAN and FEB they were plotting BK to screw the creditors.


Actually, the creditors lost nothing that was not already lost and wound up with some worthless restricted shares.

But you are correct. If CDEX is gonna amount to anything, they gotta sell some product. Otherwise, just repeat as a share selling scam. Except the shares ain't selling. at least not yet.
