It's painfully obvious Northern Dynasty is no potential partner as they are no longer advancing any money to lbsr to even maintain the Alaska claim by paying or contributing to the annual claim expense needed to maintain claim status. It appears briscoe has been cutoff and left in the cold to fail all by his lonesome. This turd is being diluted to oblivion just to maintain the claim. lbsr claims have been shopped to everyone who is anyone in the mining business and no partnership or JV occurred. From all indications lbsr is insolvent and Northern holds the paper on big chunk and has the power to foreclose on the outstanding loan that is due and payable at will.
