Thorpe Grant to find new drugs similar to Bavituximab....

where Thorpe and 2 other Dr's granted over 4 Million for the study and search for more effective antibody based drugs ... similar to Bavituximab

Any perspective on who would own.. patent rights if additional antibodies are found? since Thorpe does work for Peregrine but the Grant was not listed to Peregrine ?
