It surly is not $3.2mil. I once created a software that cost me about $250k to develop then copyright....The software made me a ton of money, but it does not mean it was only worth what I spent to develop or acquire it.
The patients are what they are patients that NO ONE ELSE HAS and CAN USE without a LICENCE agreement from the holder. In this case Google has there hand in the cookie jar and don't want to pay up.
The going forward royalty rate right now is where the money is going to be because we all know that google is a work horse company and they are only getting bigger and stronger... VRNG wants that $400mil+ cash because they are going to be going after allot more companies after this case.
