That is such bs. If alcohol is legal, then marijuana should be. You can't OD on marijuana. You can't become chemically addicted to marijuana. Alcohol so much more dangerous than marijuana. So I guess if we keep marijuana as a schedule 1 drug, then that judge should be calling for alcohol to be given that designation as well. Otherwise the credibility of that judge goes right out the window. There is no consistency in policy if alcohol has a lower designation that marijuana.
