Once OTOW buys the Dominican Bank Val can initiate a new exchange program. Dollars to pesos at one to two ratio and make tons of money for OTOW. Just like buying OTOW stock. One dollar will buy two pesos and those two pesos are worth .05. But you end up with more money right? Two is better that one isn't it?
