what happened to Belize news in 48 hours? I don't understand what would be the hold-up? TECO has never thought twice about issuing Press Releases in the past, regardless their accuracy...

Come on TECO, why don't you tell us how many barrels of water your pumping in Belize...

Looks Like This OIL & Gas Exploration thing is not as easy as they thought it would be...
