At some point after November 25, 2010 Dror Svorai was appointed as the sole officer and sole director of InfoSpi Inc (PINK:ISPI). On Nov. 26 the closing price of the stock was $0.006, and last Friday it closed at $0.04 per share. Sounds amazing, right?

Yesterday, however, ISPI closed 12.50% down at $0.035 on 412 thousand shares, despite a promotional campaign. According to the disclaimer, the company compensated the promoter $8 thousand and is expected to pay $2 thousand more.




One possible reason for the enormous jump of ISPI price is the acquisition of NexPhase Lighting, Inc., a company which provides a full product line of energy saving commercial LED lighting fixtures. Additionally, the company was upgraded by OTC Markets to the "OTCQB" tier.

There are, however, certain facts that do not look positive. For starters, this is not the first time Mr. Svorai has been in the LED business. After the company he founded was acquired, he left, but you can see where it is now.

Additionally, the acquisition of NexPhase comes at a price, 67.5 thousand restricted shares to be exact, a price which might be paid by the shareholders. Furthermore, investors should keep in mind the board of ISPI increased the authorized shares from 75 million to 350 million, which leaves a lot of space for further dilution.

All things considered, it isn't too surprising the price dropped on the day of the promotion. It is, as usual, up to the individual trader to decide whether Mr. Svorai will lead ISPI to new highs, or lows unseen before
