Really, I know Walmart does not work at all in the manner you describe. The planning and negotiating takes months (and often years) They do not quickly change their displays, as a matter of fact we were told in a OR that planograming is only done now twice a year, and you can be sure that to put a whole new category of pet foods on display at ALL the Walmarts in the the country is a BIG deal it is coming, and you know it as well as the rest of us.
