agreed.. considering the timing of all the blog updates we've had at this point like; AIGI going public this month? PV has told us they plan to have the merger final by end of this month (rather sooner than later), and on top of knowing most of the details about the merger except the share swop ratio.. id like to think a final PR is the last piece of the puzzle.

i think PV communication to shareholders has been the best i've experienced with a company.. i've seen other boards with PV stocks and shareholders don't seem to be that happy with his past business model(s). i don't blame them for being hesitant but i think over the last few months, PV has made positive strides to gain confidence in his new perspective on business and the market.

let's hope he is true to his word and we all benefit from this merger as we expect.
