The fraud involves a third-party promoter and shareholder IMO, similar to emg#. That fits the timeline I have heard and makes the most sense. The accountant and attorneys would have to be involved otherwise, both reputable firms, unlikely. Expect kmag to receive no-action letter and move on in time. BTW the attorneys were investigating irregularities before the suspension.
