Vringo, Inc. (AMEX: VRNG) shares are indicated higher Tuesday morning. At about 10:00am EDT, the company and Google(Nasdaq: GOOG) will begin a jury trial over alleged patent infringement.

Shares of Vringo have been volatile over the past few weeks on speculation of the outcome. Notably, the stock was just below $3 at the end of September, closing above $5.40 as of October 8th, and dropping 2.5 percent Monday to $4.66.
