The company is covering their behinds by publishing disclaimers or what some call boilerplate just like most if not all other companies do.Just because a report says that the company is capable of doing something does not mean that it can or will be achieved or on the flip side the company can very possibly over achieve. As an example: a large passenger aircraft has seats for 500 passengers but in reality does not always fill the seats so is the airline a scam because it cannot fill all 500 seats or only a fraction?
If disclaimers and forward looking statements were not published then the rant would be that JBI has a cut rate less than qualified legal dept for allowing bad things to happen and not covering their backs with this type of boilerplate.
Forward looking statements etc have been part of the JBI landscape from inception and is there for all to read in the filings and on the website. If one does not like what is written there then one should not invest or be bothered and move on.
