Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Now we are talking big big money. Using the $65 Billion sales number for past infringement X 3.5% that amounts to $2.2 Billion+interest, plus 4 more years at 3.5%, probably another $2 Billion, for over $4 Billion total. I don't think anyone was going to give them treble damages on that, LOL. Looks like Vringo still has lots of negotiating room for a very nice settlement.IMO
