Company said the R/S was for increasing shareholder value. One day after R/S finalized, the A/S increased to 1 billion. Does anyone out there think this really increases shareholder value? Did anyone, like myself, buy more shares based solely upon those representations? If the intended result from the company is to dilute A Shares, then we should all look into a class action. They did not R/S their Class B Shares. They owe us shareholders a fiduciary duty. No PR today after the filing would leave anyone to believe it was done without any regards for the shareholders. IMO gg
