Yes, what "they" (ORRV) do with the proceeds will mean a lot. "Clearly, ORRV will get a significant cash infusion from this deal probably within the next year. What they plan on doing with it (is) the answer on where this stock goes. Do they get a new ship/ re purchase the old and head to the Philippines? Are they taking the money and investing it into Project X, and letting the ORRV shareholders be a more significant part of that project?"

Do YOU have any thoughts on what they should do with the money when they get it? As an informed investor, what do you think they should do, and do you have any guesses what they WILL do?

If they go to the Philipines, who would be the operations manager of that deal you think? Think they would use the Caribbean Operations manager they have, or is that guy(Steve Elchlepp) gone? I figure the latin american operations manager (Gerry Edwards) MUST be gone, since he is persona non-grata it seems. Or would Scott manage it himself? You seem to know a lot,so I ask if you have any thoughts on that.
