Sounds like ORRV owns the 5.21% stake in JTR, not scott personally. That is a good thing for shareholders here.
But was it scott who worked with Jay to do this find? Or was it an employee of ORRV that did the work.
I saw on the 60 minutes video a picture of Steve Elschlepp diving, didn't I? And Steve is (or was?) the Operations manager of ORRV for the Caribbean Operations. I see that on the ORRV press releases. But then I see that Steve is shown as the opeations manager of RS Operations. And then in post 8863 CaptEd says this same guy is the partner of Jay from JTR.
I dn't get it. This Steve Elschepp seems to be part of ORRV, part of JTR and part of RS Operations? Is he the reason ORRV owns 5.21% of the deal? If so, great. Did he bring Scott in? Does anyone know?? And who does he work for now, and which side is he on? Does he work for Jay, as Jay's partner, or does he work for ORRV, as operations manager? I know he is an intragel part of the case, but it seems he is shown as on the ORRV side, the JTR side and the RS Ops side. Anyone know?
