With the 1 Million dollar loan and the partnership with Kinetics, we have something. Alot of people will play this for the inevitable bounce. I am going to hold through that.
If the Patent get's approved ( see Blanka's Links)they should have the money to get started immedietly building this project.
Unlike other companies who build the product and then start marketing. Vision has already started Marketing and secured valuable interest in this company.
The concern over Dilution due to the financing agreement is understandable. Though with a low float like we have any dilution will not be sufficient to keep this low when the news of the patent, pictures of the Arc Master 1 come out and contracts start getting signed.
In 6-9 months this should be north of a dollar... All IMO
