Such ranting as you just described is correct. It is ONLY ranting. Even the CHIPPER, dense as he has shown himself to be from time to time, sees that the money "pledged" even if finally delivered is woefully inadequate to market anything, even if they had anything to market, which they do not. CDEX is kaput, that is plain to see.
Its history has rendered it incapable of even generating a mildly sucessful hit and run (P&D).
ATTEMPTS to get seasoned veterans of this SCAM to average down is comical or would be if not so tragic for the former MARKS. As DW88 so correctly pointed out below.. Losing THOUSANDS of dollars is not in the least funny.
Because of the votes of the creditors, it is rather hard to see how the BK court could have ruled otherwise...as it will soon be easier to see..the Courts verdict only helped prolong an obvious SCAM...no doubt an unintended consequence.
