Interesting news over at Blackfire where the ASX were querying their recent PPS activity (PPS jumped from 0.05 to 0.075 prompting the Aussie stock exchange to launch a prelimínary investigation) .. something I guess that rarely happens with the SEC.

Interestingly enough again the state that Pilot Mountain is their focus.

OK ... let´s get to the MSHA numbers today or after the close ... hopefully it will show more hours worked at the mine site.
