Tropics, Fast Fish is dead wrong. I am in the jsils at least twice a month putting money on my brothers books and even when the window is open people are still using the Kiosk way more and the line is way longer. The fee is nothing really and I think that people like not having to interact with the jail staff. So saying that people don't use the Kiosk's when the window is open is just dead wrong and reckless posting.
