Statement of Commitment to a Consistent Disclosure Policy
California Grapes International, Inc., (“the Company”) commits to providing timely, transparent, consistent and truthful information to the investing public in conformance with legal and regulatory requirements. It is imperative that the standards of disclosure remain constant in good times and bad, that selective disclosure is avoided at all times and that all parties in the investment community have fair access to information.

I guess gagging the TA and falling to a no information OTC Tier qualifies as timely, transparent, consistent and truthful information, oh but wait, they recent changed their mind!

the company will continue to put out official Press Releases but, we will be reserving that method of communication for material announcements.

and my favorite from their bylaws:

Material Information
It is not practical to provide a complete definition of what constitutes “material” Company information.

Page eight:

Conduct of Conference Calls
The Company makes a practice of holding open, publicly accessible conference calls to discuss quarterly financial results and other significant events that arise in the course of its business. As a general rule, the Company will issue a news release at least one week in advance of regularly scheduled conference call announcing the date, time of the call and how to access the call. If the Company discusses non-GAAP information in the call, the Company will also provide reconciled information during the call.

I guess since there are no financials, no reason for a conference call, right? Why bore investors? Just get a stop sign, gag your TA and let a blogger report all the news and pictures to investors!

READ THE CORPORATE BYLAWS and tell me they have done everything they said they would
