Well the attorney letter is a relief but the next problem is that $100k JV payment.

You sound like you have a lot of faith in the ceo and GDSM can you share what makes you so positive? I don't know how many shareholders will be willing to wait 6-9 months for GDSM to up list and if they default on the JV payment what happens next?
