What ever his purpose is doent matter. WTWO is a scam company and the PPS will fall no matter what. Anyone buying these shares will lose their money. Even if you buy some at .001 or .0009 and you think youre getting in at a good price, you will NEVER be able to sell them any higher. The MM's will drop it back down when you put in youre sell order. Everyone will have to take a loss on this one.
