Tom4, Good Morning, I have think that Google will either settle or offer a buyout, they can't afford to loose their present customer base and on going business. I am not an attorney, but is it possible that VRNG ask the judge for an injunction to stop google from using their patents? what would the outcome be if this is a possibility?, no winners in this battle?. We should watch very carefully the pps tomorrow. Perhaps, someone who knows law can share their comments regarding if VRNG can ask for an injunction.
