I think that if you went back thru all the old posts you will find that most of the irrelevant posts came from daytraders who kept posting that Ants and IBM had an existing relationship that was never broken and they kept posting the link to the same announcement that Kozak had made.

Dr. Frank has essentially said that IBM-America walked away. He is trying to work with IBM-Italy now. Big difference. There is alot of of fence mending that needs to be done with IBM-USA and it may take a long time, if ever. IMO, as long as Kozak owns ANTS stock and can benefit, IBM-USA will avoid Ants even if money is to be made. That's how deep the resentment goes.

The Doc needs to take care of the Kozak problem but there is probably little that he can do to remove the shares from his possession.

Just my opinion.
