Gregg, Mario was responding to my question of " do we have investors lined up to buy the units described in the SB2" ! Not shares on the open market! The company needs cash, they don't get it trading shares on the open market without crushing the PPS.What scares me is the 2 prior financings that fell through!!!!! Without funding we're DEAD!!!!! Can't pay to finish the merger, IMHO.....Steve
