Ray lied to PENNYWIZARD with that DD and the supposed 2 huge deals they were waiting on. (someone should remove that bull**** stickie too).

Really the company is in a financial mess because of ONE client?

It's the Mexican client's fault GDGI didn't file the 10K?

That same client made GDGI lie to investors with bull**** PR's.

GDGI is fully responsible to conduct business in a proper manner which of course includes the very basic act of GETTING PAID. Now Ray is trying to bait people with a possible buy out scenario...
