Yup, one less bad shell to be used to foster another stock selling scam digging gold, cancer cure mj, etc....

Heck, the proposed R/S shown on the Nev. SOS proved that the current stuckholders would be slaughtered....Very happy with the SEC, even though I lost money, but my money would never been seen with this new shell usage. And no doubt, Peter would have gotten shares in the new BS company. What a POS he is. Geesh!
