The document posted today that shows SAIC in big letters on the bottom says "...was retained by JBI, Inc...".

You say that "JBI did NOT pay for the SAIC service. Investors did."

The original JBI PR said:
"In conjunction with the financing, SAIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure, LLC (“SAIC”) was engaged to perform an independent review of the P2O technology and its commercial viability."


Are you saying that JBI hired SAIC, but some or all of the investors in the private placement paid them?
