I got the same reply yesterday about the samples. Still waiting. Not so patiently anymore.

I agree that they shouldn't throw dates out there if they're not confident that they'll meet them. They could have added a buffer in there for "delays" if they were unsure.

Still holding out. I'm not ready to call the drops "goo in a shampoo bottle" yet until I test them for myself.
