Not sure how this stays in the .03s and hardly any volume here. With absolutes posted of anywhere from .10 to .60 you would think that investors would have second mortgages taken out to buy at these prices and all their friends and families would be buying to. Doesn't seem like the ones with absolute certainty are actually absolutely certain. What is wrong with Treaty that the stock doesn't get gobbled up at these low prices?
