I see that the 5 million share holder reported in 2011 is now gone. I think this confirms my beleif that the reason for the price drop in June was the dumping of his 5 mill shares. I very quickly skimmed the 10K and didn't see anything surprising. We know they need funds for development. I need to read the Kata sections carefully. It seems like there is still potential in Columbia.
