I think GOOG wins the case. The way hedge funds are shorting like what they did with PPHM. The news of bad data was leaked to shorts who often know much ahead of news, the insiders often leak information to shorts. MM are informed to do pump and then comes the bad news

I see the story repeating here, too much euphoria like PPHM until they fooled everyone. The insiders although planned sale does not bode well. GOOG will drag this case and people will lose interest. This sinks to 1-1.5 after trial is lost
