I have been investing in your company and I am wondering about the delay of the 10K. It is over due as I understand.
Another subject that concerns me is what happend to the Southern Power acqusition - as I do understand there has been
problems with the Lookwood dividend and the court trial - sueing for $M16. Any new developments???
What about the LTC ??

I hope that you do understand that we do soon need your attention to the above mentioned issues.
A new open letter from the CEO with information could really clarify the issues.
